Effective 2021 season

Refunds apply to paid registration fees only.

Uniform costs CANNOT be refunded do to the personalization.

In the event the season is cancelled, refunds of registration fees paid will be distributed accordingly:

  • Season is cancelled prior to 1st practice = 100% refund of registration fees paid
  • Season is cancelled after 1st practice, but prior to 1st game = 75% refund of registration fees paid
  • Season is cancelled with fewer than 50% of the originally scheduled games played = 25% refund of registration fees paid
  • Season is cancelled with more than 50% of the games played = no refund given

In all other situations the standard refund policy will apply:

  • Refund request is submitted prior to 1st practice = 100% refund of registration fees paid, less administrative costs
  • Refund request is submitted after 1st practice, but prior to 1st game = 50% refund of registration fees paid, less administrative costs
  • Refund request is submitted after 1st game is played = No refund given
